L!VE on the Banks returns to downtown Owensboro for another season of free concerts OWENSBORO, KY — Another season of free live music is coming to downtown Owensboro as L!VE on the Banks, presented by the City of Owensboro, returns to the Overlook Stage in Smothers Park.
