L!VE on the Banks returns to downtown Owensboro for another season of free concerts OWENSBORO, KY — Another season of free live music is coming to downtown Owensboro as L!VE on the Banks, presented by the City of Owensboro, returns to the Overlook Stage in Smothers Park. The free concert series will take place on Saturday nights from May 16 through September 26, with performances from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. featuring some of the region's most notable and entertaining artists.
